Mili Foundation Refund Policy

At Mili Foundation, we value the trust and generosity of our donors. While donations are typically non-refundable as they support our charitable programs, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, procedures, and timelines for processing refund requests in compliance with Razorpay's merchant guidelines and applicable Indian regulations.

1. General Policy

Donations made to Mili Foundation are considered final contributions to our charitable activities. Refunds are not automatically granted and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis only under specific circumstances outlined below.

  2. Provide Details: Include the following information in your request:
    • Transaction ID or payment reference number
    • Date and time of donation
    • Amount donated
    • Payment method used (card, UPI, net banking, wallet)
    • Reason for refund request
    • Supporting documents (if applicable, e.g., bank statement showing duplicate debit)
  3. Verification: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information or clarification.
  4. Decision: You will receive a response within 5-7 working days regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Total Timeline: Approved refunds typically reflect in your account within 15-20 working days from the date of approval.
